Yes, we do! Send an email to us with your color scheme, an inspiration photo, design or a piece of heirloom jewelry, beads, stones, or pendant for inspiration. We can design your custom piece of jewelry.

You will receive a care card when you purchase your jewelry.

Here are tips to care for your jewelry:

- Avoid heat and moisture.

- Put lotion, makeup, hairspray and perfume on before you put your jewelry on.

- Do not bathe, exercise, shower, wash dishes or swim while wearing your jewelry.

- Do not stretch the elastic beaded bracelets. Take care in putting these bracelets on because the elastic will stretch over time.

- Do not clean jewelry with chemicals. Use a jewelry polishing cloth on metals, silver, gold filled, not on gemstones and crystals.

- Store your jewelry in a velvet, silk or a plastic zip bag. Put each piece of jewelry in a secure closed box or jewelry drawer. Do not hang beaded or gemstone jewelry, the wire or chain may wear over time and break.

- Remember various types of metal, sterling silver and gold, silver plated findings and jewelry may tarnish over time. Use a jewelry polishing cloth to clean them.

Rule of thumb: Put your jewelry on after you put your clothes on, and then take your jewelry off before you take your clothes off! (This will prevent an accidental pull of your necklace while taking off your clothes because the chain or wire may break.) Gemstones and beads are delicate pieces. If a bead or gemstone falls on ceramic, stone or tile, it will crack or break!

Charlotte Ann Jewelry wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase within 3 days for an exchange or store credit for same value of your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. All returned jewelry must be in its original package. All purchases are final after 3 days. We use USPS for domestic and international shipping. It will take 1-3 business days for items to be shipped. For domestic shipping, it may take 3-6 business days for your jewelry to arrive. For international shipping, it can take 7-20 days for items to arrive, depending on the location. Some international shipping may require additional fees for customs and/or duties. Customers are responsible for paying these fees. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, but we will help in way to track your package. Please contact USPS or your local mail delivery service for any lost or stolen items.

We thoroughly check each piece of jewelry before mailing to customers to make sure the jewelry is in good condition and meets standards. Keep in mind, gemstones may have slight variations in color and/or size. All stones are not alike. If you have any issues with your piece of jewelry that is imperfected due to our fault, please contact us via email or by phone. You will be not be responsible for shipping costs. We will ship your piece of jewelry to you as soon as it is repaired within 3-5 business days. If you break or pull wire, etc., you will be responsible for repair and shipping costs.
